Ground Floor - Cloakroom: white WC and sink.
The open plan living area has a spacious lounge and kitchen/diner, from the lounge there are French doors which lead an enclosed decked area for dining out. This overlooks the Chine and gardens.

Kitchen /Diner - is fully equipped, to include oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.

First Floor - Double bedroom, French doors leading to a balcony overlooking the gardens. Second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has a single bed and a 3 ft slide out bed.

Bathroom is complete with white bath with overhead shower and screen, sink and WC

Bed linen and towels (excludes pool towels) are provided, beds are ready made for your arrival.
Gas central heating.
Under sink items are provided.

Change over Saturday.
