On the Ground floor is an open plan lounge/diner and kitchen which is fully equipped, to include oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Large satellite TV with free to view and DVD player.

There are French doors leading from the lounge to a decked area for dining out.
Also there is a utility area/cloakroom with washing machine, white w.c and sink.

First floor there is a Master bedroom with a four poster king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with shower, w.c. and sink. A second bedroom has a double bed. The third bedroom has a single bed and a 3 ft slide out bed.

Bathroom is complete with bath, sink and WC.

This cottage has free to view Sky channels, also a small T.V (also with free to view sky channels) in the Master bedroom.

Bed linen and towels (excludes pool towels) are provided, beds are ready made for your arrival.
Gas central heating.
